About us

The Sad Muppet Society is a wargames club in Basingstoke, Hampshire. As you might expect from the name, we're a fun club and try not to take things too seriously. We've even been on the local news Thames Valley Tonight - Tue 08/05/2007. You can also see several of us in this slideshow, Un Portrait de Sad Muppet.

When do we meet?

Every second Tuesday, from 7pm until 10pm. The dates for this year are listed on the Club nights page.

How much does it cost?

Your first night is free! After that it's £3 a night for non-members and £2 for members. £5 for one year's membership, which runs from 1 January to 31 December.

Where are we?

Glebe Hall, Church Square, Basingstoke, RG21 7QW
